Delivery is done by third party services. It will take around 7 to 21 days on average. Express takes much less time.
Please note that all items tagged as “eco-friendly” can take up to 3 weeks, as our specific manufacturer has little to no stocks.
You can create an account by signing up or paying a first order. In both cases, you will be able to access it afterwards
A code will be given you allowing to track it on the delivery website if UPS or DHL is used. Other delivery companies do not offer tracking solutions. We are not responsible of the informations of any information available on any third party website.
We don’t keep any information about credit cards or payment referential. All information – if any – is stored on your computer cookies or your cache, but not online.
Our payment processor will keep payement informations which we can’t access and and secured.
We are currently setting up solutions for the US, Mexico and Canada, as well as Central and South America. We are also studying solutions for Russian, Belarus, Serbian and Ukrainian residents.

If the order was done less than 2 hours before, you can send us a mail and we may change the address in the system. For any later request expect a small fee (3 euros) surcharge. Correction cannot always be possible are not guaranteed. No fees for any typos or minor errors (one letter mistake or wrong road number)
